Holiday baking is always a must at our house this time of year. I haven't decided if it is fun or stressful yet. I must be leaning more toward fun though because here I am doing it again. The kids love it and I because of them, I will get over my issues with the mess it makes, lol!

Pictures on Santa's lap

Opportunity Village was alot of fun. We haven't been for a couple of years. The kids had fun riding the train and all the other activities that were their. The fuuny thing was that it got to be so late and it was a school night that after we finished with all the rides we left and realized we didn't even walk through the magical forrest. I guess we will have to try and go back next year and see the main reason to go there.

This year we went to look at Christmas lights in style. My sister's friend took us out in her limo to ride around town. Our kids had so much fun and think that is how we should always look at lights now. They sipped their apple cider and sang carols very loudly! The only thing that was missing was Marc, and the kids were sad he wasn't their to have in the fun.

Morgan's 10

So my baby girl has hit the double digit's and it is so sad. She is closer to becoming a preteen and I am not ready for that at all. It is so weird that when she is asking for presents now it is never toys anymore. Her wish list's are getting more expensive. She had a fun jacuzzi birthday party this year with a bunch of her girlfriends. Only in Vegas can you have a swim party in December. Morgan would live in water if she could. There are so many ways Morgan has blessed my life and reason's that I love her but I thought I would share 10 of them:
1 I love her sweet testimony of the church
2 I love her desire to always choose the right
3 I love her giggle. It still is as infectious as it was when she was a baby.
4 I love how she always tries to be the peacemaker and keep everybody happy at home.
5 I love to hear her sing and play piano
6 I love her tender heart.
7 I love that she is always the first to help and serve others
8 I love her hugs and that it is still cool to do it in public
9 I love how she takes care and looks out for her younger siblings. She is the second mommy around here.
10 I love that she is ours! She is truly one of my biggest blessings here on earth and I love her.

Loryn's 3
Nothing funner then hanging out with your favorite girlfriends on your birthday.
Having our traditional doughnuts with G-ma on her birthday,Yum!
So my baby girl has turned 3 and I can hardly believe she has been here that long. I guess I have been trying to keep her my baby forever. She is quite the little lady. She talks so much and lets me know everyday that she is a big girl, not a baby. She is such a princess. I so love this little girl and can't imagine my life without her. She brings sunshine to my day and is such a sweet spirit. Loryn was so excited to have her birthday. She walked around singing Happy Birthday to herself for a week. Her favorite thing was all her princess barbies. We can never go anywhere without them now.

Happy Halloween
| Make a Smilebox slideshow |
We had a great Halloween this year. We were so busy and sugared out. I think I am still on a sugar high. From all the ward parties to family parties, we were kept busy. The kids loved it because they were able to wear their costumes so much. I love this time of year, but it seems to go by so quickly. I love all the memories that are created and being able to be with loved ones and friends.

Lacie's baptism day
Today was a very exciting day around our house. Lacie was so excited for her baptism this afternoon. I love the spirit that is felt in our house on these special days. I can still remember Lacie in her first white dress and how happy I felt. Now we are celebrating her baptism and second white dress. I have so much joy in my heart. As a mom, right now in my life I can not imagine no greater joy then seeing my kids get baptized. I am so grateful that my children have a dad that can baptize them. What a special day for Marc and Lacie. One I am sure neither of them will ever forget. I am so proud of Lacie and the sweet and christ like girl she has become. Lacie told me today that she is trying to be like Jesus everyday, that is why she wants to be like Jesus and be baptized like him. I love you Lacie and am so pleased with the choice you have made today. Thank you to all of our family and friends who came and celebrated with us. We love you all.

Big girls trip
We had a couple houes before the show, so we decided to play some minature golf. We had a blast. We all were great big kids. I don't think the teenagers behind us were to impressed. The girls showed us bigger kids how to play. They kept getting hole in one's.
Every year my mom and sister take the big girls to St. George to watch a play and have a slumber party. This year we watched Annie. We really enjoyed it. When we got their it was raining. The girls were very worried they were going to cancel the show. Morgan said a prayer to herself and then turned to me and said, that Jesus would stop the rain so we could watch the play. I am always amazed at Morgan and the faith she has. She is such an example to me. I wish I always had the faith that she has. It did stop raining and we got to enjoy the show. The girls always look forward to going every year. I love these little traditions we have started. This is what matters most in life. Spending time with loved ones. Next year we might add boys to our club, because Tarzan is playing. Mason would love it.

Play House Disney
Saturday my sister took Loryn to Play house disney. Loryn was so excited to go.She wanted to go to Aunt Jamie's house the night before to stay. She had such a great time. When she got home all she kept doing is showing me how Tiger jumped. I have the best sister on earth. My kids love her and are always so excited to do things with her. Jamie always say's her job is to spoil them, and boy does she. There is no doubt that my kids would live with her over me. She is always there at everything for the kids ans is their biggest fan. My sister is one of the most giving and warm people I know. I hope one day I can grow up to be just like her. She is and will always be my best friend. We love you Jamie, and are so grateful you are OURS!
