Back to school

Well we are back to school for the new year. THe girls are really excited to start a new grade, even though it has only been 2 weeks since they were in school. They really enjoy their new teachers. I love to see how much they have grown year to year. One thing I always love is Marc giving them a fathers blessing at the beginning of the school year. That is something I hope my kids will always treasure, because I never had that growing up. I am so grateful my kids will grow up with the priesthood in their home, and for a wonderful man who honors his priesthood.

Beauty day

So one day Mason is going to make a great husband. He loves to rub lotion on the our feet and leggs. He thinks it is alot of fun in the pedicure chair. Everybody in the shop was laughing at how he kept wanting to make everyone take turns. He is such a sweet boy. Also Lacie told her Aunt Jamie she wanted to have mommies hair, so she could be a pretty mommy to. I thought it was so cute. That totally made my day. She is my liitle mini me!!

I love how Loryn is learning by example. She gets so excited with herself when she folds her arms. Now we just have to keep from talking, or maybe she is just trying to say the prayer also. I was put in my place after the kids seen me taking the picture during our prayer. That I wasn't being reverent and closing my eyes.

Broken

Well our first broken bone. Morgan is in a cast for the next 6 weeks, which really is going to be a pain. The bathing alone stinks. Monday when we put her to bed she decided she wasn't tired and stacked some boxes on top of eachother to reach the light, and started to climb them. She fell off landing on her wrist. Maybe now when it is bed time she will actually go to sleep, ha ha. We are supposed to be at the beach in California, but I am not sure now. How do you keep a 8 year old out of the water and sand out of the cast. This is going to be a very long 6 weeks!
